Our reception is open 24 hours a day, providing a continuous service for your comfort and security. Whether you arrive late at night or need assistance in the early hours of the morning, our staff are on hand to answer all your questions, facilitate your check-in and make your stay as pleasant as possible. Please do not hesitate to contact our team if you have any queries.

For those arriving before check-in time or wishing to enjoy the city after leaving, we offer a free luggage storage service. You can leave your luggage in the safe hands of our team, whether it's for a few hours or a whole day. This service is ideal for allowing you to make the most of every moment without being encumbered.

The hotel offers transport services with a free shuttle on request to facilitate your arrival or departure from the airport.
We can also organise taxi bookings to make your journey as smooth and pleasant as possible. You should also know that public transport is free in the Grand Duchy.

The bus stop opposite our establishment takes you free of charge to Kirchberg (5 min), Luxembourg city centre (20 min) or the railway station (25 min).

Although the hotel accepts pets in the rooms (maximum one pet per room), our four-legged friends are not allowed in our restaurant. Thank you for your understanding.

However, pets are allowed in the hotel bar area.

The hotel has a large secure car park, where guests benefit from free parking during their stay. If you are travelling, you can leave your car for €10 per 24 hours, subject to availability.

For transport, there is a bus stop right outside the hotel. Take advantage of free public transport in Luxembourg to easily reach the main sites of interest: Kirchberg, the old town, the railway station or the business district and the European Commission.

We also offer a free shuttle service on request to take you to and from the airport if you have parked your car in our car park. Book at reception.
