What time do I have to vacate the room?
Check-out time is 11am.
Subject to availability, you can extend your stay with a late check-out (at an additional cost).
Does the hotel have a car park?
Parking is free for the duration of your stay at the hotel. If you are travelling, you can leave your car in our secure car park for €10 per 24 hours, subject to availability. Please ask at reception for reservations.
Does the hotel offer a shuttle service?
Yes, we offer a free shuttle service on request. The shuttle will take you to the airport and can also pick you up if your vehicle is parked in our car park or if you are staying with us on your return. Book at reception.
How much does breakfast cost?
Breakfast is €17 per person. If you have not booked it in advance, you can add it to your stay on request at reception.
Can I bring my pet to the hotel?
Yes, pets are welcome in our rooms and bar (with the exception of the weekend of the international dog show in Luxembourg).
However, for reasons of hygiene, they are not permitted in our restaurant. Please note that a maximum of one pet per room is permitted. Extra 15 euros / night.
What services are available at the bar?
The bar is open every day from 11am to 1am. You'll find a varied drinks menu and can also enjoy the restaurant's dishes while watching the sporting events on the big screen. Outside restaurant hours, we offer a small catering service, with pizzas and dishes to heat up.
What should I do if I want to extend my stay?
If you would like to extend your stay, please contact reception as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability.
Can I order room service?
The hotel does not offer room service. However, our bar and restaurant are open to offer you a pleasant culinary experience on site.
Is this a smoking hotel?
No, the hotel is entirely non-smoking. It is therefore strictly forbidden to smoke in your room.
In the event of non-compliance, the hotel reserves the right to automatically debit a fine of 100 euros from the card deposited as security.
For smokers, an ashtray is available outside at the entrance. We thank you for respecting this rule to ensure a pleasant environment for all our guests.
